By commissioning me, the customer agrees and accepts the following Terms and Conditions.Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully.Terms of Use
-Regular commissions do NOT include a commercial license.
-I, the artist, have copyright over all commission pieces, including commercial ones, and can use them for self-advertising unless asked not to.
-I can refuse any commission requests for any reason.
-The client will give references for their order in the form of images or written descriptions.
-The client will be given updates on the process and may be asked for any clarifications.
-The client MUST credit the commissioned artwork as mine (timmo_eggo) by linking back to any of my socials.
-The client can use and edit the commission for any personal use. (Tracing and implying the work as your own is NOT allowed)
-My work is NOT to be minted or used in relation to Crypto, Bitcoin, AI, or NFTs!Commercial Commissions
-Commercial commissions will cost 2x the price.
-A commercial commission includes a commercial license.
-It can be used for advertising and monetized events.
-These commissions cannot be used for any form of mass production.
-Although things like stream assets may not bring in revenue they will still count as commercial for bringing in attention to the account.YCH Commissions
-Watermark will be left with low opacity during just the rough sketch phase.
-Full refund is still only possible during the rough sketch phase.
-Holiday-themed commissions will usually be done before said holiday unless the client gives the ok and allow the YCH to be completed after the holiday.
-Terms of Use, Payments & Refunds, and Time frames sections apply to YCH commissions.
-These cannot be used commercially and can only stay as a standard commission.Payments & Refunds
-All prices are based on the United States Dollar (USD).
-I only accept payment through Paypal Invoice (Do not include an address).
-The client will be paying for a digital product, which means they cannot chargeback claiming the product hasn't been shipped.
-I will ask for full payment when I'm ready to add the commission to the queue.
-A client can get a full refund during the rough sketch phase. This does not apply to clean sketches commissions.Time frames and Deadlines
-Once I begin a commission it can take around 1-4 weeks to finish depending on the order and my life situation.
-Commissions will not be worked in any particular order unless it has a deadline.
-Reasonable deadlines can be arranged without a fee.

- Purchases will be done through Paypal (USD only) and do not include your address.
- All adoptables must be credited by linking to one of my socials: timmo_eggo on Twit, Insta, TH, or Deviantart(timmoeggo).
-The adoptable cannot be in NFTs, AIs, and cannot be commercially used.
-All future adopts will have glaze but I'll give both a glazed and non-glaze version when the adopt is bought.
- You can change any part of the design.
- You can gift, trade, or resell (sell at the same or lower price) the adoptable. Closed species adoptables will have to follow the closed species special rules if there are any.
- Reselling is only allowed after owning the design for two weeks.Closed Species
- Everything in the General section still applies to closed species designs.
- Some designs can be purchased with the closed species currency if stated.
- Turning an original design's species into a closed species one is allowed.
